MMG Tapas Masterclass

An Ideal opportunity for you to prepare for a party table with a difference.  Let My Masala Guru show you how to create colourful party items to suit all taste buds.  You will learn how to make Chicken Muthias (meatballs), Kachoris (vegetable pastry parcel), Onion Bhajis, Crispy Vegetable Pakoras.

Don't forget to specify if you prefer ONLY Vegetarian Tapas when you book your ticket.

• Introduction to MMG Spices & tasting each of our product range
• Surprise shots with a twist to kick off the evening
• Cookery demo of chicken muthias
• Creation of your own kachoris
• Cookery demo of onion bhajis
• Cookery demo of vegetable pakoras and vegetables dipped in a batter creating a Tampura crispyness. 
• You can prepare your own choice of spicy dip using MMG flavours
• Enjoy All the Tapas dishes as a meal accompanied with your custom dip and a choice of your own favourite drink

What do I need to know?

• We will share details about our fundraising project '3-4-1 Charity Ball' taking place on Saturday 2nd December 2023
• Our products will be available to purchase throughout the evening, including tickets for the 3-4-1 charity ball
• You may bring your own alcoholic drinks to enjoy, glassware will be provided at no extra cost, soft/hot drinks will be available to purchase
• Aprons can be provided upon request and photography will be taking place throughout the evening
• Allergens will be present - please contact us in advance as refunds cannot be provided
