Each pot of MMG spicy paste is a concentrated and can cook upto 5 family meals so you have enough to last up to 20 family meals. Its versatile, long lasting and can be made into a quick a dip for nachos, popcorn topping or a salad dressing. Experiment and create your own flavours!

  • Green Masala

    Green Masala (Mild) 100g.

    A blend of raw spices concentrate used to make quick and easy, healthy meals.

    Ingredients: Fresh crushed green chilli, ginger & garlic. Sunflower oil and lemon juice (preservative potassiaum metabisulphite. Ground spices (coriander, cumin, turmeric, garam masala, pepper and salt).

    Allergen: Highlighted in bold. Spices may contain traces of peanuts, nuts, sesame seeds, soya, mustard and wheat.

    Storage: Cool dry place, once open refrigerate and use within 3 months.

    Simple Recipe: To chopped fried onions, add 1tsp masala paste, chopped tomatoes and cook. Add choice of vegetables or chicken. Cover and simmer on low heat. Add half 1/2tsp more of paste, salt and pepper if required. Cooking will generate its own sauce or add coconut milk/tomato paste if preferred. This paste can be used in cooking with vegetables, lentils and daal as well as chicken and meat. Garnish with coriander and serve with rice, roti or naan.

    Perfect as Dip: This paste is so versatile you can use to make a dip simply by adding a teaspoonful of paste to a small carton of plain yogurt, add salt and pepper to taste.  As an option add grated carrot for a crunch and sweetness and you are done!

  • Traditional Masala

    Traditional Masala (Hot Spice) 100g.

    A blend of raw spice concentrate used to make quick and easy, healthy meals.

    Ingredients: Sunflower oil, lemon juice (preservative potassiaum metabisulphite, tomato paste, salt. Ground spices (red chilli powder, coriander, cumin, turmeric, garam masala, black pepper, paprika). Fresh green chilli, ginger and garlic.

    Allergen: Highlighted in bold. Spices may contain traces of peanuts, nuts, sesame seeds, soya, mustard and wheat.

    Storage: Cool dry place, once open refrigerate and use within 3 months.

    Simple Recipe: To chopped fried onions, add 1tsp masala paste, chopped tomatoes and cook. Add choice of paneer & vegetables, chicken or thigh meat. Cover and simmer on low heat. Add half 1/2tsp more of paste, salt and pepper if required. Cooking will generate its own sauce or add coconut milk/tomato paste if preferred. This paste can be used in cooking with vegetables, lentils and daal as well as chicken and meat. Garnish with coriander and serve with rice, roti or naan.

    Marinade – To make a marinade add teaspoon to small carton of yogurt or crem fresh, add salt and pepper to taste.  Mix with 250g of diced chicken and leave to marinade overnight or for 3 hours and either barbeque or grill.  So quick and simple but very tasty!

  • Seafood Masala

    Seafood Masala (Medium Spice) 100g.

    A blend of raw spice concentrate used to make quick and easy, healthy meals.

    Ingredients: Lemon juice (preservative potassiaum metabisulphite, sunflower oil, roasted wheat tomato paste, salt, soya bean, barley, Ground spices (red chilli powder, coriander, cumin, turmeric, garam masala, black pepper, paprika, fenugreek). Fresh green chilli, ginger, garlic.

    Allergen: Highlighted in bold. Spices may contain traces of peanuts, nuts, sesame seeds, soya, mustard, wheat.

    Storage: Cool dry place, once open refrigerate and use within 3 months.

    Simple Recipe: To chopped fried onions, add 1tsp masala paste, chopped tomatoes and cook. Add fish, prawns or vegetables. Cover and simmer on low heat. Add half 1/2tsp more of paste, salt and pepper if required. Cooking will generate its own sauce or add coconut milk/tomato paste if preferred. This paste is best used for fish dishes and vegetables or chicken and meat. Garnish with coriander and serve with rice, roti or naan bread.

    Whilst this paste is perfect combined with any seafood and cooked to recipe, it also serves very well with other meats, chicken and vegetable.  Feel free to experiment on any  combination of recipes. 

  • Tandoori Masala

    Tandoori Masala (Medium Spice) 100g.

    A blend of raw spice concentrate used to make quick and easy, healthy meals.

    Ingredients: Lemon juice (preservative potassiaum metabisulphite, sunflower oil, tomato paste, salt. Ground spices (red chilli powder, coriander, cumin, turmeric, garam masala, black pepper, paprika, cinnamon, fenugreek). Fresh green chilli, ginger, garlic. Colour E129, E102.

    Allergen: Highlighted in bold. Spices may contain traces of peanuts, nuts, sesame seeds, soya, mustard, wheat

    Storage: Cool dry place, once open refrigerate and use within 3 months

    Simple Recipe: To chopped fried onions, add 1tsp masala paste, chopped tomatoes and cook. Add choice of chicken or meat, vegetable or even fish. Cover and simmer on low heat. Add half 1/2tsp more of paste, salt and pepper if required. Cooking will generate its own sauce or add coconut milk/tomato paste if preferred. This paste can be used as a marinade for tandoori grills or spicy oven bakes with fish, chicken and meat. Garnish with coriander and serve with rice, roti or naan. More recipes ideas available.

    Marinade – To make a marinade add teaspoon to small carton of yogurt, salt and pepper and lemon juice to taste.  Mix with 250g of diced chicken, fish or lamb and leave to marinade overnight, and either barbeque grill or shallow fry in on stove.  This dish will cook very quickly as the meat is tender and so its quick and simple ready to eat in minutes.
