Seafood Style Masala (vegan)

Seafood Style Masala (Medium Spice) 100g.


A blend of raw spice concentrate used to make quick and easy, healthy meals.


Ingredients: Lemon juice (preservative potassium metabisulphite, sunflower oil, tomato paste, salt, soya bean, Ground spices (red chilli powder, coriander, cumin, turmeric, garam masala, black pepper, paprika, fenugreek). Fresh green chilli, ginger, garlic.


Allergen: Highlighted in bold. Spices may contain traces of peanuts, nuts, sesame seeds, soya, mustard, wheat.


Storage: Cool dry place, once open refrigerate and use within 3 months.


Simple Recipe: To chopped fried onions, add 1tsp masala paste, chopped tomatoes and cook. Add fish, prawns or vegetables. Cover and simmer on low heat. Add half 1/2tsp more of paste, salt and pepper if required. Cooking will generate its own sauce or add coconut milk/tomato paste if preferred. This paste is best used for fish dishes and vegetables or chicken and meat. Garnish with coriander and serve with rice, roti or naan bread.


Whilst this paste is perfect combined with any seafood and cooked to recipe, it also serves very well with other meats, chicken and vegetable.  Feel free to experiment on any  combination of recipes.
